"New Beginnings..."

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
As I laid in bed last night listening to the fireworks and the ship horns go off to ring in the new year...I was praying and thinking of new beginnings.  God gives each one of us a new beginning-"we are new creations in Christ-the old is gone the new has come."  My thoughts then wandered to change-life is full of change the only consistant thread in life is Christ-"for I am the same yesterday, today, and forever."  My prayer for the new year is that in the midst of new beginnings and change-may Christ be your constant thread through the changes of 2010.
